This script is limited to a maximum 20MB of files. If you have more then 20MB that you need to upload, please call our office at 219-756-2944 for alternate methods of file transfer.

After the upload is complete, please remember to fill out the order form. You will receive a confimation email shortly after submitting your information. If you do not receive this email, please call our office immediately.
